Beginners Meditation Courses 2017
These six-week courses are held at the Iyengar Yoga Centre, 2 Young St, Neutral Bay
Friday nights, 7pm - 8:30pm
Course 1: 3 February (miss 10 & 17 Feb), then each
Friday until 24 March
Course 2: 12 May - 16 June - register here
Course 3: 13 October - 17 November
Standard - $100.
Concession - $70. For full time students, pensioners and unemployed.

In keeping with the 2,500 year old tradition the teachers are not paid for teaching the dharma. Dana is the practice of generosity through which we offer donations to our teachers as a sign of respect for the teaching and its value in our lives.

A longer meditation together
Then dinner at an excellent local Thai restaurant to celebrate the end of the course (and the beginning of the rest of our lives).
