Introduction to Recollective Awareness Meditation Workshop
Sunday 25th June, 2017
Avalon Beach, NSW
About Recollective Awareness
Recollective Awareness Meditation is a gentle and accepting form of Buddhist insight meditation. It offers an approach based on people’s actual experience. Meditators are invited to follow whatever naturally arises for them in their meditation and, then, to recollect and explore it as a way of cultivating a greater awareness of the dynamic and dependently arisen nature of their experience. This offers the opportunity for real insight into the workings of their minds and, with that, an increased ease, kindness and clarity in their lives.
Suitable for new as well as experienced meditators.
