Central Coast Insight Meditation group
​

The Central Coast Insight Meditation group is an Insight (Vipassana) meditation group, which explores the Buddha’s teachings and how we can apply them in our own lives. All are welcome, regardless of meditation experience. At each monthly session an experienced Dharma or Mindfulness teacher will offer a talk and lead the meditation and discussion.   
   
When: First Monday of the month at 7pm to 9pm - 2026 dates: 7 September, 12 October, 2 November, 7 December
Where: Village Hall at Narara Ecovillage, 33 Gugandi Road, Narara 2250
What: Meditation (30 mins) followed by a Dharma talk and discussion, with tea and cake afterwards. 
Cost: By donation - suggested donation of $5 for venue costs plus minimum $10 for the teacher
Bring: Meditation cushions/ stool if you wish - chairs are provided
