Join us in an exploration of the ‘heavenly messengers’ – old age, illness and death. How can we meet these inevitable experiences of loss and transformation?
We’ll explore the insight and compassion available to us from Buddhist teachings, meditation, somatics practice, dialogue and contemplative writing. Via tender investigation into the truth of our human mortality we’ll grow more intimate with what poet Mary Oliver called ‘your one wild and precious life.’
