Beginners and experienced meditators are most welcome to join us to meditate, explore and share together in our supportive community. We meet every 2nd and 4th Thursday from 6pm for 6:15pm start at the Lennox Head Cultural Centre, CWA Hall. Cost $5 and Donation for the teacher. Chairs are available.
