Reflections from Stillness
The end of year is the ideal time to stop and reflect. This retreat offers an opportunity to sit, to pause and allow clarity to emerge from stillness.
A reflection not from the thinking mind but from a deeper connection to your being. Clarity emerging in whatever way and however it manifests. No strain, no seeking, just a relaxation that gently drops you into simply being. From this place of spacious awareness the year that has passed can be appreciated and the year ahead can reveal its movement.
This silent retreat program consists of meditation instruction, sitting and walking meditations, group and individual meetings with teachers, open inquiry sessions, evening Dharma talks and morning and afternoon gentle yoga sessions.
