These six-week courses are held several times each year.

Week 2: Meditation and the body Returning home Week 3: Mindfulness meditation The wonder of the present moment Week 4: Meditation and gentleness The concept of Loving Kindness (the First Immeasurable) Week 5: Meditation and Awakening Recollective Awareness and developing Insight Week 6: Meditation and connection A longer meditation together Then dinner at an excellent local Thai restaurant to celebrate the end of the course (and the beginning of the rest of our lives). |

Times: Sunday nights, 7pm - 8:30pm Where: Yoga Pavilion, 15 Elizabeth St, Artarmon Cost: Standard - $100. Concession - $70. For full time students, pensioners and unemployed Some handouts are included. Additional cost: 'Dana' (act of generosity to support the teachers and the teaching). The workshop fee covers accommodation and some handouts only. In keeping with a 2,500 year old tradition no fee has been charged for the teachings. You are invited to give a donation to support the teachers to continue their work. Registration
