The Bluegum Sangha is a Buddhist Insight Meditation community on Sydney’s Lower North Shore. It supports its members’ development both as meditators and as practitioners of the dharma in all its aspects.
We come together every Monday from 7:00pm – 9pm, with fortnightly in-person meetings at the Don Bank Museum, and alternate weeks in between online via Zoom. You do not need to register to attend in person or to join us on Zoom. Please check our website for more detail - Bluegum website.
Address: Don Bank Museum
6 Napier Street, North Sydney
This group is for people who have some background in meditation and who are comfortable sitting for 30- 45 minutes in silence. New people are welcome!
An up-to-date program of the activities can be found on the Bluegum website.
Notice of other events and retreats are often announced at the Monday meetings.
There is a voluntary giving of dana (generosity) in cash or online which is a contribution to the teacher for their teaching that week.
The Bluegum Sangha is linked to Sydney Insight Meditators and Australian Insight Meditation Network.
