Deepening Into Stillness
Cultivating the Boundless Heart
Online retreat 2020

Cultivating the Boundless Heart - Online Retreat
In this time of great uncertainty and social distancing, acts of compassion and kindness are needed more than ever.
To abide in the Boundless Heart is to live with mindfulness, cultivating loving-kindness, compassion, joy and equanimity. The meditation practices and dharma teachings on this retreat will draw from the ‘Four Immeasurables' also known as the ‘Divine Abodes of the Heart’.
True happiness flourishes when we release negative attitudes and limiting beliefs that constrict the heart from its natural joyful abiding place. We can dissolve our fears of intimacy that create pain, alienation and a general sense of disconnection with life.
With compassionate presence we can soothe our aching heart and deepen into our true nature that is essentially, free, spacious, abundant and ceaselessly responsive.
Suitable for experienced and new meditators

About the Online Format
Picture
This will be an online retreat. The retreat will have sessions where we come together on line using Zoom and offers a program that you can follow at home as much as your inclination and circumstance permits.
In order to create a community of practice and to deepen your experience, we require all participants to at least
attend the first evening and to make a wholehearted commitment to attend the three essential sessions every day: the Meditation Instruction at 9.30 am, the Inquiry at 4 pm and the Dharma talk at 7.30 pm. We of course encourage you to attend all the online sessions and to do as much as you can of the home schedule, however we appreciate that this will greatly depend on your home situation.
The program consists of morning gentle yoga sessions, sitting, walking & guided meditations, meditation instruction, open inquiry sessions and evening Dharma talks.
