Cultivating the Boundless Heart - Online Retreat
In this time of great uncertainty and social distancing, acts of compassion and kindness are needed more than ever. To abide in the Boundless Heart is to live with mindfulness, cultivating loving-kindness, compassion, joy and equanimity. The meditation practices and dharma teachings on this retreat will draw from the ‘Four Immeasurables' also known as the ‘Divine Abodes of the Heart’. True happiness flourishes when we release negative attitudes and limiting beliefs that constrict the heart from its natural joyful abiding place. We can dissolve our fears of intimacy that create pain, alienation and a general sense of disconnection with life. With compassionate presence we can soothe our aching heart and deepen into our true nature that is essentially, free, spacious, abundant and ceaselessly responsive. |
