New Year Retreat

Welcoming in the New Year

A Sangha Led Retreat
This retreat is for anyone wanting the opportunity to slow down, recharge and restore. It is ONLY suitable for people who have previously attended at least one 5 day silent meditation retreat.

Take time to connect with:
 - Your meditation practice... through following the schedule of a meditation retreat, alternating sitting, and walking meditation sessions.
- Your body... through two daily sessions of mindful movement. Enjoy taking walks in the bush and soaking up the beauty on offer in the retreat centres gardens.
- Your dhamma community...join in a sharing circle; or a discussion group, a once daily opportunity to practice mindful listening and speaking. (topics to be advised). On different evenings, there will be a special session of either poetry; music; a night walk and of course, a New Year's Eve celebration (details to follow).

The retreat will be coordinated and facilitated by two experienced dharma practitioners. It will have a structure and a schedule to create and support a safe, cohesive, and nurturing environment. Click  here  to check the  Retreat Schedule.

At this retreat, you may choose to take part in what is being offered or follow your own guidance.
